Introduction

Due to the ongoing coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, and in line with the latest government guidance, Renewal has put a number of measures in place to ensure that anyone who comes to Renewal for any reason can be reassured that they are safe & comfortable, and that any risk of transmission is kept to an absolute minimum.

It is important to read this document carefully, and adhere to the guidance at all times while you are at Renewal. By doing this, you are helping to keep yourself and everyone else safe.

Social Distancing

2m social distancing is in place and must be maintained by everyone at all times while at any Renewal venue, including when parking and entering and exiting the site.

All of our spaces are laid out in accordance with the Government’s latest social distancing guidelines. Households and support bubbles are able to stay together, but each individual or bubble must remain at least 2m away from everyone else. Children must be supervised at all times.

Please listen to staff & team members when instructions are given, we’re here to help!

We have arranged all of our spaces to make social distancing easy, but it is your responsibility to help everyone stay safe by maintaining this distance at all times.

Hygiene

All of our venues have an elevated cleaning schedule, including regular disinfecting of high-touch areas throughout the day.

You will be requested to use hand sanitiser when you first arrive on site, and before you leave, and we recommend regular hand washing or use of hand sanitiser throughout your time on site.

Symptoms

If you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 (a new, continuous cough, a high temperature, loss or change of sense of smell), or if you have had direct contact with someone showing symptoms of COVID 19, with a confirmed case, or if you have been contacted by NHS Test & Trace and told to self-isolate, you must notcome on to site for any reason. If this is the case, please follow government ‘stay at home’ guidance.

Test & Trace

Your name and contact details are required to assist the NHS Test and Trace service for tracing close recent contacts of anyone testing positive for coronavirus. It will be given to NHS Test and Trace on request, in the event that it is required for contact tracing purposes. Renewal will not use this information for any other purpose.

This information will be kept here at Renewal Solihull. For any questions please contact hello@renewalcc.com

Renewal’s privacy policy is available at renewalcc.com or on request from as staff member.

If you do not wish to share this data with us, we are unfortunately not able to permit you to visit us in person. If this is the case, you can stay connected at renewalcc.com/online
