Will I need to book a ticket?

We will continue to require tickets to our gatherings over the summer, although seating capacity will be significantly increased.

You will be able to book your tickets on our website or if you have any problems with this one of the team will be happy to help if you call the office on 0121 711 7300 or email us at hello@renewalcc.com.

If you arrive on the day and have not reserved a seat we can not guarantee you a space at the gathering.

If you are no longer about to attend then we ask for you to please cancel your ticket as they are in high demand and we wouldn’t want anyone else to miss out. You can do this by following the link on your confirmation e-mail. If you need some help to cancel your ticket e-mail hello@renewalcc.com or call 0121 711 7300 and the team will be happy to help you.

Why do I need a ticket?

There are two key reasons that you need to book a ticket. Firstly, in order to keep in line with NHS Test & Trace, we need to know exactly who is on site with us at all times, and tickets are the best way to do that! Secondly, as we take steps through re-entry, we want to make sure we are maintaining a safe, welcoming and comfortable environment for all.

How is the site kept clean?

Our site is cleaned to the highest standard for your safety. We will also have sanitise stations at key points throughout the building.

Please do not attend if you are showing any symptoms of COVID-19 or have been in contact with anyone who has COVID-19 in the last 10 days. If you are/have, please continue to watch Renewal Online in your home.
